so i have this thing where i love lily chen and her friendship with alec. i love the weird little downworlder mafia coalition that they've made with maia and magnus and i want to write all of the fan fiction about alec and lily being cantankerous besties.

naturally, when i initially started scribbling my "alec gets blazed on faerie fruit" fill for trope_bingo, there was significantly more lily chen. after some reflection and a little bit of outside advice, i wound up going in a different direction, but i still kind of like the lily-fied intro, and i thought someone else might like it too, so.

so i finally finished one of my trope_bingo fills! it's a weird mish-mash of tmi book canon and shadowhunter tv show canon because i have deep, serious emotions about harry shum jr. i wrote it on an iphone and did basically no editing other than a few zealous read-throughs, so there will likely be errors. please, feel free to point them out to me.
